She loved classical music and hoped someday to be professional pianist.

Maria loved her family dearly. Her father, Michael, was farmer and hunter. Her mother, Anna, Worked long hours raising the children and maintaining a happy home. Although money was often scarce, Maria never complained.

In school, Maria was well-liked by her classmates. She enjoyed extra-curricular activities such as musical lesson .

Maria's greatest Joys were still to come. After graduating school,  began working on the farm . A year later, she married her high school sweetheart, Stanislaw. They moved into a small home in Eastern town and began to create a warm home that would be filled with family and friends.  spent her mornings volunteering at  children's hospital, reading stories and playing games with the children. Maria would receive letters from the children for years to come, stating that her positive spirit gave them the strength to heal. Maria kept every letter in a special box.

Maria had two children, Maggie and Morgan. She loved them dearly. Her children were the light of her life. They were extremely devoted and spent every moment of Maria's final days, by her side. Maria was a remarkable person, and is held in high regard by those that knew her.

Suzane and Irene  credit their mother with instilling them with strong moral values, personal strength, and a positive attitude. Maria`s children continue to honor Maria by raising money for the  Children's Hospital.
